Mintsifri showed how a bionic prosthesis can control drones

Drones >Ukrainian company Esper Bionics presented the revolutionary MARS prosthesis management system. Thanks to sensors and artificial intelligence, MARS recognizes muscle movements and understands the user's intentions, making control of the prosthesis natural and precise.

The corresponding video, in which the technology is tested by Brave1 participant Esper Bionics, was published on Facebook Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

He noted that the new MARS prosthesis management system uses special sensors and artificial intelligence to recognize muscle movements. Thanks to this, the prosthesis literally can understand the user's intentions.

This technology opens up new possibilities for controlling even other devices like- with drones, says Mykhailo Fedorov.

Controlling a drone with a MARS bioprosthesis occurs by changing the position of the prosthesis and muscle tension, similar to controlling a computer mouse. A full market launch of the MARS prosthesis is planned in 2025.
