On October 29, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted draft law No. 12053 regarding the state final certification and the entrance campaign in 2025.
This was reported by the people's deputy from “Holos” Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
The authors of the document are representatives of the Servant of the People, Batkivshchyna, Holos and non-factional deputies. The norm was supported by a total of 258 parliamentarians.
The text of the draft law refers to the continuation of the exam in the format of the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT). It was started after the invasion of the Russian Federation in 2022.

This is the Ukrainian language, mathematics and the history of Ukraine. One subject remains for the entrant to choose: a foreign language, biology, geography, physics, chemistry or Ukrainian literature.
At the same time, the DPA was not restored in the 4th, 9th, and 11th grades of the school. Accordingly, the NMT will consist only of those graduates who want to enter higher education institutions.
The adoption of the draft law will allow the Ministry of Education and Culture to submit for public discussion the Procedure for admission to higher education in 2025, which will be guided by educational institutions when accepting applicants to training.
