Posted by Volodymyr Luckyi (@yaroslavskyi_vova) Preparation is quite easy:

  1. I cut all the vegetables into strips. Here, by the way, you can experiment – choose red cabbage, different colors of pepper and onion, change mushrooms or add something of your own!
  2. I mix flour and starch, add spices to carrots, salt, water and knead the dough. It should be about as thick as pancakes, but maybe a little thinner. If desired, you can add sesame.
  3. I add all the vegetables and mix well. I fry such vegetable fritters in ordinary oil on medium heat on both sides – until a pleasant color, so that the vegetables cook a little.
  4. Separately, if desired, you can mix a little soy sauce, sweet chili, add fried sesame and chopped greens cilantro Hot and fragrant fritters can be dipped in this sauce!

Delicious!
