British actor Liam Neeson has announced the end of his film career. The action star is ready to make way for younger actors.

He said this in a comment to People.

The 72-year-old actor announced his intentions to leave filmmaking. Neeson admitted that physical exertion is too hard for him, and admitted that it was time to step away from things.

I'm 72, and at some point it had to end. You can't fool the audience, I don't want Mark (the actor's stunt double. – Ed.) to do all the fight scenes for me, – said the actor.
