American startup presented a smart fountain for cats

The American start-up Hiigge introduced the Hiigge Snowball wireless fountain for pets. The company claims that this is the first device of its kind made from safe Tritan plastic. This patented material does not contain harmful substances and is also resistant to scratches and high temperatures.

The fountain is equipped with a four-layer filtration system that cleans the water from food particles, hair and small debris. Built-in TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) measurement allows you to monitor water quality in real time.

Another feature was the possibility of remote control even without connecting to electricity — through the official application. In it, you can monitor the pet's drinking habits, check the condition of the filters and the battery. When the water starts to run out, a message will appear.

The device can be cleaned with a brush, washed under the tap and in the dishwasher. The built-in battery provides up to 120 days of autonomy, which is quite a long time for such gadgets.

Hiigge Snowball is already available on Indiegogo. It is currently offered for $49.
