Young Ukrainians under the age of 25 have received a unique opportunity to take the first step into the world of business. To do this, you should apply for a grant of up to 150 thousand hryvnias through the “Diya” portal.

This is part of the government program “Your Own Business”, as reported by Yulia Svyridenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, writes Government Portal.

We create conditions for young people to realize their business ideas. Grants for young people within the framework of the “Own Business” program are already available through the “Diya” portal. If you are under 25 years old, apply for the program and receive up to UAH 150,000 for your business,

According to Yulia Svyridenko, the program allows not only to receive financial support, but also avoids the mandatory requirement to create new jobs. The only condition is to open the FOP after the grant is approved.

As the Minister of Economy noted, the application is submitted online in several steps. In addition, in three years, young entrepreneurs will be able to apply for a new grant – up to 250 thousand hryvnias, but already under the general terms of the program.

During the program period, more than 20 thousand entrepreneurs received grants in the total amount of almost 5 billion hryvnias. This gave a significant impetus to the development of small business in Ukraine.
