The Crimean Tatar language is under the protection of UNESCO. A new function in Google Translate will help support efforts to preserve the cultural heritage of the Crimean Tatars.

We remind you that on June 27, Google announced the list of language extensions on its translation service . They started adding 110 new languages there. Among them is Crimean Tatar, which is already available in Google Translate. The Government of Ukraine proposed adding the Crimean Tatar language to the service in 2020.
