1. Turn off background applications

Most problems are related to a dozen applications running at the same time. Telegram, Instagram, browser, notes, some game – all together, they load the processor to the limit.

One of the ways to disable background programs on Android is to enter the developer mode, select the menu item “Process Statistics” and find the applications that load the most memory. Stopping these applications will help unload the device.

For iOS, the algorithm is slightly different: you need to go to “Settings”, then to the “General” section and select the “Content update” item. In this menu, you can specify which applications will not be able to load content in the background.
