Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko decided to share an interesting dessert with her subscribers. It's the perfect addition to a Halloween party and sure to please the kids.

Pumpkin marmalade is a good alternative to regular candy. After all, it is healthy and natural.

It is not only tasty, but also a useful alternative to ordinary sweets. Pumpkin gives it a delicate texture and natural sweetness.

A great option for those who like to experiment in the kitchen and care about their health, Ryabenko writes.

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin – 500 g;
  • Lemon juice – ½ pc;
  • Sugar – 100 g or syrup agave – 75 g;
  • Agar-agar – 7 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Clean the pumpkin, cut into small pieces. Bake or boil until ready.

2. If the pumpkin was boiled, then drain all the water.

3. Beat in a blender together with lemon juice, sugar or syrup.

4. Pour into a saucepan and put on fire. Add agar-agar and cook for 4 minutes.

5. Pour into shaped silicone molds, or into any dish greased with oil.

6. Leave to cool completely and you can eat.
