This dish will taste perfect for dinner with family or relatives. It is hearty and will definitely appeal to everyone.

Ukrainian chef and confectioner Liza Glinska decided to cook breaded chicken legs. She shared the details of the recipe on her Instagram page.

According to Glinska, this dish is delicious both hot and cold.

Add some greens or salad and get a delicious lunch or dinner, – writes the chef.

Ingredients for 6 pieces:

  • 300 g of potatoes
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • salt, pepper (to taste)
  • dill
  • 2 eggs

Breading:

  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • corn chips (nachos) salty

For frying:

  • refined sunflower oil

Method of preparation:

1. Salt the legs and bake in the oven at 180 degrees, until done.

2. When they cool down, remove the meat from the bone and finely chop it.

3. Boil the potatoes until ready, drain all the water, add finely chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste, and mash to the consistency of puree.

4. Add meat and grated cheese to the puree, mix.

5. Grind corn chips for breading.

6. We take the peeled bone and the minced meat from the potato, form a shank on the bone.

7. Dip in egg, then in breadcrumbs and in heated refined sunflower oil, fry for 3-4 minutes.
