Recently, videos of making and eating Dubai chocolate have gone viral on the TikTok social network. Original tiles cost about 800-2500 hryvnias in Ukraine.

A Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin decided to save money for his readers. He explained how to make Dubai chocolate at home.

The secret of this chocolate lies in the combination of textures and flavors: delicate milk chocolate with pistachio filling and crispy kataifi dough, which is traditional for Arab desserts. The crunch and the contrast between the soft filling and the crispy shell create a real gastronomic pleasure.

Ingredients:

• Flour – 200 g;

• Salt – a pinch;

• Egg – 1 pc;

• Water – 100 ml;

• Oil – 1 tbsp. l;

• Butter – 50 g;

• Dark chocolate – 100 g;

• Milk chocolate – 100 g;

• Condensed milk – 150 g.< /p>

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour, salt, egg, water and oil. Beat until smooth.

2. Pour the dough into a pastry bag and fry thin threads – pancakes.

3. Cut the dough and fry in butter until golden.

4. Melt dark and milk chocolate separately in a water bath.

5. Pour dark chocolate into a chocolate mold and distribute evenly.

6. Add condensed milk to the fried dough, mix and place in a mold.

7. Pour milk chocolate on top. Refrigerate until set.
