The sentence has been handed down for C8, TPMP and Cyril Hanouna

It was a real bolt from the blue when Arcom announced last July: the regulator of the French audiovisual landscape has decided not to reassign the TNT frequency to the C8 channel, thus implying the imminent disappearance of the daily show presented live by Cyril Hanouna, Touche Pas à Mon Poste.

Faced with this decision, the leader of the group belonging to Vincent Bolloré made it known that he would not stop there because at the start of the media season, Cyril Hanouna announced that he was going to file a complaint against Arcom, considering himself the victim of “repeated and reiterated harassment” on the part of the authoritiesin charge of monitoring what is offered in the French audiovisual landscape. At present, we have no news regarding the progress of this complaint against Arcom. According to the latest news, the C8 channel, and de facto the TPMP program, must stop broadcasting after February 28, 2025 on TNT.

However, it is interesting to note that even if the future of his show is more than uncertain, Cyril Hanouna, who was recently trashed by Thierry Ardisson, continues to bring a good number of new features to TPMPsince the start of the school year. Thus, we learned this Thursday, October 10, 2024, that the host was going to hire a new columnist but not just anyone. Indeed, the announcement of her name is already controversial.

And for good reason: Cyril Hanouna has decided to call on Tiphaine Auziere in his team of columnists present around the table of TPMP. Aged 40, this lawyer has already come to the set of the C8 show to speak on the trial of the Mazan rapes last week or this Wednesday to talk about juvenile delinquency.

If this name may not mean anything to you, you must know her entourage. Indeed, Tiphaine Auziere is none other than Brigitte Macron's daughter and therefore the daughter-in-law of President Emmanuel Macron.

Hanouna officially inducted her as a legal columnist to appear every week on the set. The newcomer to the team will thus answer four questions that everyone is asking as specified in the C8 program. She joins Fabrice Di Vizio, Michel Mary and Fabien Lecoeuvre who appear on the show every evening in their respective fields.

It remains to be seen whether this collaboration will be long-lasting, especially if C8 has to stop broadcasting on TNT at the end of February 2025.
