Tom Yum Recipe

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

  • 500 grams of chicken broth
  • 12 grams of lemongrass
  • 20 grams of ginger
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 100 grams of mushrooms I had Shiitake
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • 50 grams of Tom Yam paste (take the Aroy- D)
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 5 grams of chili (you can 10)
  • 250 grams of shrimp
  • 200 grams of coconut milk (best from Kara company)
  • 4 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 25 grams of sugar

Tip: Serve with boiled rice and fresh cilantro.
