Liver is a real superfood. Therefore, today I am sharing a recipe for tender veal liver, which is prepared very quickly and is perfectly combined with crispy fried onions, which add aroma and texture, – writes Ryabenko.

Ingredients:

  • Calf's liver – 500 g;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Yolk – 1 pc;
  • Flour – 50 g;
  • Butter – 30 g;
  • Salt, pepper – to taste;
  • Paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Oil for frying.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the liver from the film, cut into thin slices. Pour milk and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Cut the onion into half rings. Mix with yolk and flour.

3. Heat the pan, add butter. Fry the liver with salt, pepper and paprika over high heat, stirring constantly for 8-10 minutes

4. Fry the onion in batter in hot oil until golden.

5. Place the liver on a plate, with fried onions on top.
