Bulk apple pie without dough according to Olga Ryabenko's recipe

If you're looking for the perfect fall dessert, this cake is sure to become your favorite. This is a recipe where you don't need to knead the dough, but just alternate layers of aromatic apples and dry mixture.

Crispy crust and tender, juicy filling is the perfect combination that you will get as a result – writes Ryabenko.

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 130 g;
  • Semolina – 160 g;
  • Sugar – 210 g;

  • Butter – 150 g;
  • Apples – 7-8 pcs;
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp;
  • Vanilla sugar;
  • Baking agent – 2 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Mix dry ingredients.

2. Grate the apples.

3. Place in a detachable form lined with parchment alternately: dry mixture – apples.

4. Put the dry mixture and grated cold oil on the last layer.

5. Bake for 60 minutes at 180°.
