The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has changed the deadline for citizens to report for military service during mobilization. The government reduced it to seven to ten days, depending on the place of residence.

This is stated in Cabinet Resolution No. 1134 of October 1, 2024.

Previously, the legislation determined that conscripts and reservists must appear at the TCC “not earlier than 14 days from the date of sending the summons by registered mail with a description of the attachment and a notice of service”.

The new rules shorten this period.

From the settlement that is the administrative center of the region, it is determined within seven days, and from other settlements – within ten days, the resolution says.< /p>

We remind you that commanders of military units will be able to recruit personnel without the TCC. Thus, the commander of a military unit is given the right to refer conscripts to military training to determine their suitability for military service.
