Three top Galaxy models from Samsung stopped working after the update

Samsung's top three Galaxy models stopped working after the update

Users of several Samsung Galaxy models are complaining on the net that the devices have stopped working after the update.

What else is known

According to the source, the problem affected the iconic Galaxy Note 10, last years' flagship Galaxy S10 and the mid-range Galaxy M51. It can potentially appear in other models. Complaints began to appear after the release of the latest update of the SmartThings Framework, which started circulating a few days ago. It is interesting that the S10 and Note 10 series have already stopped receiving regular updates, but the failure caught up with them even “in retirement”.

Users complain that after installing the update, the smartphones go into a cyclic reboot and cannot boot into the OS no ways At the moment, the only way to bring them back to life – this is a complete reset of settings and data through the Recovery menu. Of course, all files, photos and user data will be lost; it is unlikely to please anyone. If you haven't installed an update from Samsung in the last few days, don't do it under any circumstances.
