After having long aroused the fears of the public and the press, adaptations of video games to cinema and television seem to be a major new windfall for Hollywood. Amazon Prime Video obviously intends to continue to exploit the video game vein. A few weeks after announcing at Gamescom an animated series centered on video games and developed by the creators of the series Love, Death & Robots, the American media Deadline informs us that the platform is working on a film project The Simsdirected by filmmaker Kate Herron, who directed the entire first season of Loki and is one of the people responsible for directing season 2 of The Last of Us.

Amazon Prime Video has just scored a huge coup.
