A 46-year-old local resident contacted colleagues of the Tepnopil regional police department with a complaint of fraud. He said that he received a phone call from a man who introduced himself as a bank employee and offered financial assistance. The applicant agreed, and the aphepist explained what needed to be beaten. The resident of Tepnopoli followed all the instructions of the unknown person, but did not receive money. Instead, after logging into the bank's mobile application, he found that 65 thousand hryvnias had been withdrawn from the credit card.
According to this fact, the police discovered criminal behavior in accordance with part 4 Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for deprivation of liberty for a period of three to eight years. The police are taking measures to identify the person responsible for the crime.
