It is known that the 47-year-old traitor was charged with Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code – this is aiding and abetting an aggressor state. In addition to imprisonment, the court banned her from holding positions in law enforcement agencies, state authorities, and local governments for 15 years.
“After the start of the full-scale military invasion by the Russians, a resident of Simferopol organized the collection of things for the needs of the Russian military. She collected ammunition and medicines. She did this on her own initiative. She used social networks and messengers to collect money,” — the SBU said.
Law enforcement officers also reported that one of the social communities she created had about four and a half members. She systematically called on them to hand over funds or military equipment, or household items to the armed formations of the Russians.
“The woman acted with obvious political and ideological motives. Since she is currently hiding in the temporarily occupied territory, she was put on the wanted list and a special procedure for sentencing in absentia was applied. The investigation was conducted by investigators of the USBU in the Ternopil region under the procedural guidance of the Ternopil regional prosecutor's office,” — the post says.
