In Ukraine, a businessman was convicted for posting a video on the service "OnlyFans"

A businessman from Kamianskyi had been posting pornographic videos created by his accomplice on «OnlyFans» for over a year and a half. In December, the Bagliyskyi District Court sentenced him.

As stated in the case materials, a Kamianets-Podilskyi resident, who has the status  of an individual entrepreneur, created an account on the «OnlyFans» website, using the personal data of an accomplice, the materials regarding which are separated into separate proceedings, and posted on the resource pornographic videos created and sent to him by the woman. In general, in the period from January 17, 2022 to August 30, 2023,  he posted on «OnlyFans» 28 videos lasting from 44 seconds to 7 minutes 15 seconds.

The man was charged with distributing pornographic video products, committed repeatedly, by prior conspiracy by a group of persons (Part 3 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine of 2001).

When sentencing him, the court took into account that the accused had no previous convictions, sincerely repented of the crime, and actively contributed to its disclosure.

The man was found guilty of the charges and sentenced to 3 years in prison with deprivation of the right to hold positions related to IT technologies or engage in activities that related to the dissemination of information of any nature on web resources for a period of 1 year.

At the same time, the court released the convict from serving the main sentence with a probationary period of 1 year.

The court also decided to apply special confiscation to the convict (to confiscate his mobile phones «Prestigio» and «Samsung» into the property of the state), as well as to recover from him the cost of conducting examinations in the amount of 15,145 hryvnias 60 kopecks in favor of the state.
