The wife of the former president of TVP revealed that she starts her day by drinking a glass of warm water with lemon and turmeric, which stimulates metabolism. It is also helpful to introduce a daily dose of movement. Joanna Kurska runs, does yoga, and often swims in the summer.

“I am not a person who can be on a special diet, I like pizza, pasta and burgers, I allow myself to do that if I feel like it. I don't eat sweets, but it's not a big sacrifice, because I don't like sweets. However, I set myself a limit that I don't eat after 6 p.m. Nothing! I only drink water!” – Kurska revealed in one of the interviews.

As Jacek Kurski's wife emphasized, the key to success is self-discipline. As she emphasized, she has never lacked it, which is why she can now enjoy a slimmer figure.
