Fortnite is now Counter-Strike: the game will feature a 5v5 first-person combat mode

Epic Games is once again radically changing the rules of Fortnite, now the game will have a mode inspired by Counter-Strike and Valorant.

The announcement was made on the game's social networks. Matches in the “Line of Fire” mode will be divided into rounds, during which one team must plant a reality-breaking device, and the other must neutralize it. In this genre, tactics and team interaction decide a lot.

The mode will open on December 11 in early access, only one map, “Skyline 10”, will be available, and a small, standard set of weapons from several types of assault rifles, shotguns, submachine guns, sniper rifles, pistols and several variations of grenades and mines. Epic Games will update the mode, looking back at feedback from players.

Epic Games emphasized that all skins from other game modes will be transferred to “Line of Fire”.
