The police evacuated 7-year-old Ruslan from near Vovchansk together with his mother and older sister. He, like thousands of other Ukrainian children, was forced to leave his home due to Russian attacks.

As a sign of gratitude to the policemen, the boy recited a patriotic poem by heart. The video appeared on the Internet and received many favorable comments.

For a good recitation of the poem, the boy received their chevron from the police.

Motherland is mom and dad, it your most sincere friends and a bee in a spring meadow, – said Ruslanchyk.

The young man assured that when he grows up, he will also become a policeman.

Despite everything, the boy smiles. He looks at his savior with admiration. After all, he dreams of becoming a policeman when he grows up. The occupiers are taking away childhood from young Ukrainians, but they will never take away their love for their native land, the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.
