Daily habits lead us to success in the future. After all, discipline and motivation leads to the desired result.

We offer you a selection of explosive habits that will make you productive from Tetyana Pylypchuk, the founder of the magazine “Poshurshimo”.

You don't need to practice all at once, choose what is close to you and try to make this small effort every day. Believe me, in a month you won't want to stop.

1. Daily walks
15 minutes or an hour
– Does not matter. Take a walk at a comfortable pace in the morning or during your lunch break. Just give space to thoughts or steps.

2. Morning time for yourself.
It doesn't matter what time you wake up, because it depends on your regime, lifestyle and occupation. But it's a habit to adjust your regime so that before plunging into a whirlwind of affairs, emails and tasks, you take time for yourself. Let it be even 15 minutes, but start your day with your favorite things, and not immediately with work tasks.

3. One book per month/quarter.
This item is addressed to those who want to, but do not have time to read. Make your list of books you want to read in a year and start doing it slowly, savoring and thoughtfully. Believe me, in a year you will feel the result.

4. Plan for the week.
It takes 5 minutes without exaggeration, but it very clearly distinguishes people who go with the flow and who move towards their goals, albeit in small steps. Just take one important thing that you will focus on this week and a few main goals that you want to accomplish.

Only after that, write down all the tasks, calls, small things, routines that you have to do. If you start the day with focus tasks and only then cross off your list of daily tasks – make huge progress on tasks that are important to you.

5. Freewriting.
This is the habit of writing your thoughts on paper. It is the best therapy against any hesitation or anxiety. Do this every time you have to make a decision or when something is bothering you. This way of self-reflection will give a feeling of greater self-understanding and inner peace.
