On Tuesday, November 19, the documentary “1000 Days of Freedom” about the full-scale war in Ukraine will be shown on the air of Edyni novyny, as well as on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Today marks the 1,000th anniversary of the Russian Federation's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. By this date, the documentary “1000 Days of Freedom” will be released. It tells about the strength of spirit of the Ukrainian people.

Viewers will see the stories of five heroes who dedicate themselves to the struggle for freedom and the future of Ukraine every day. Among them:

  • policewoman from Irpen;
  • sniper from the National Guard of Ukraine;
  • emergency rescuer from the border town of Krasnopill in Sumy Oblast;
  • a border guard who was on duty at Boryspil airport;
  • an officer of the “Azov” brigade, who on his 25th birthday got captured and spent two and a half years in captivity.

They will share what they saw during these two and a half years of war.

You can watch the film on November 19 at 17:25 on the air of “Edynykh Novyni”. It will also appear on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at 18:00.
