Not every new one Nintendo Switch-Owners have an easy time entering the Nintendo universe. Because not all of them are very tech-savvy and find the corresponding menu items relatively quickly. To help such people, Nintendo started a new program in the USA. The program goes by the name Nintendo Switch Concierge and is a consultancy program between the customer and a Nintendo employee. Nintendo Switch 101: An overview of the Nintendo Switch system including game modes, installation process, buying and playing games, and other questions.
Games (entry-level): Overview of Nintendo Switch games, including purchase options, software card vs. digital download, game genres, and wish list functionality.
Games (what can you play next): Discussion of recommended games based on the person (s) playing, the desired playing styles, previous favorite games and the systems and accessories available.
Security and Privacy: Learn how to set up family restrictions and restrict purchases.
Nintendo Account: Overview of the Nintendo Account, the My Nintendo Rewards Program and Nintendo Switch Online, including the interaction between multiple systems if necessary.
Customization: Learn all the ways in which to customize the Nintendo experience and how to customize the system interface, including accessories and inspiration from the @NintendoInspired-Instagram channel.
If you book the appointment via the official website, you start a video conference via Microsoft Teams. In order to be able to use this service, the Microsoft Teams program must be installed on the PC or mobile device.
So far, only US residents are allowed to participate in this program. Should Nintendo of Europe introduce this service in this country too?
