The star of the series “Supernatural” Misha Collins came to Kyiv. He was in the Ukrainian capital exactly a year ago, and now he appeared again at the station and confessed his love for Ukraine.

On May 21, the famous actor Misha Collins arrived in Kyiv. He revealed the purpose of his trip – to collect funds for the demining of Ukrainian lands. This is reported by United24.

Misha Collins and director Darius Marder during another visit to Ukraine spent a day in the Sumy region together with the unit of the State Emergency Service. They visited the territory where humanitarian demining is taking place, saw the work of divers and got acquainted with the use of search dogs.

Collins and Marder also looked at a school which was completely destroyed by enemy “shahed”. This unit of the State Emergency Service was the first to arrive for search and rescue operations.

Anti-tank and anti-personnel mines, trap mines, streamers, cluster munitions, and unexploded shells are found in the de-occupied territories. Misha's goal is to purchase a multifunctional pyrotechnic machine for sappers. Thanks to it, they will be able to demine the land, says the UNITED24 post.

Earlier, Misha Collins announced a collection of 450,000 dollars, which will be used for demining Ukraine. The artist starred in a video in which he is dressed in the same clothes as his character, the angel Castiel from the TV series “Supernatural”, and promised to give away a cape and 5 ties of his character to those who made a donation.

Before the full-scale war, the Hollywood actor had already visited Ukraine, and a year ago, in May 2023, he again visited Kyiv, where he met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Ukrainian football legend Andriy Shevchenko. The artist is also the ambassador of the state platform UNITED24.
